<p><strong>View:</strong> pale straw yellow color with or without greenish reflections depending on the time of year, brilliant, with a fine and very persistent perlage and a creamy mousse.</p>
<p><strong>Nose:</strong> intense aromas with aromatic and fruity notes of apple, pineapple and peach, but also floral, especially acacia and rose.</p>
<p><strong>Taste:</strong> soft, dry, it counts on an excellent acid / sugar balance (sugar residue 18-19 gr./l.), As well as on a good taste / olfactory persistence. The frankness highlights its territorial and varietal characteristics.</p>
<p><strong>Pairings:</strong> excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with snacks, but also at the end of a meal with dry desserts or delicate cheeses.</p>

<p><strong>View:</strong> pale straw yellow color with or without greenish reflections depending on the time of year, brilliant, with a fine and very persistent perlage. Nose: intense and fine aromas, with aromatic and fruity notes of apple, banana and peach, but also floral; clear sensation of softness and frankness.</p>
<p><strong>Taste</strong>: sweet but not cloying (sugar residue 12-14 gr./l.), Fresh, soft, with a good final sensation and a pleasant and characteristic aftertaste.</p>
<p><strong>Pairings</strong>: the gastronomic combination follows that of the "quiet" version (first courses of low aromatic intensity, with vegetables or seafood, second courses of fish with an unimportant spiciness) with greater synergy with the appetizer and an excellent result as aperitif, alone or with various appetizers.</p>

<p><strong>View:</strong> it has a beautiful pale pink color (rose petals), brilliant, with a fine and persistent perlage.</p>
<p><strong>Nose</strong>: to the nose it is both floral, reminiscent of violet and peach blossoms, and fruity, referring to apple, currant and wild strawberries. Intense and fine aromas.</p>
<p><strong>Taste</strong>: the taste alternates notes of raspberry, apple, peach and orange in the finish. It is dry (5 g / l of residual sugar), soft, fresh and balanced.</p>
<p><strong>Pairings</strong>: Perfect to combine with fresh and summer dishes such as salads, pasta and cold and vegetable-based rice. Also excellent pairing with cheeses, white meat and fish-based dishes, first courses or soups, shellfish and sushi. Great satisfaction comes from accompanying dishes based on mushrooms or tomatoes, even in sauce. Original but also perfect for pairing with pizza.</p>]]></description>

<p><strong>Vinification</strong>: the grapes immediately enter the soft press without going through the destemmer, only sorting is used, to have a more fruity and elegant color and fragrance. Then the cleaning of the must takes place, which is fermented at low temperature and the base wine is obtained.</p>
<p><strong>Aging:</strong> refermentation in stainless steel vats, long Martinotti method, at low temperature for more than 9 months.</p>
<p><strong>Colour</strong>: light bright yellow, with very fine and persistent perlage</p>
<p><strong>Nose</strong>: scented with fruits and white flowers, bread crust.</p>
