Appellation: Nero di Troia Puglia IGT
Location: Cerignola, Contrada Tressanti
Vinification: Hand-harvested. The grapes are destemmed and pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. They ferment on the skins for approximately 7-10 days. Aged in 25-hl oak barrels on their lees for 12-18 months. Malolactic fermentation. Aging: 12-18 months in oak barrels.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: The nose reveals great intensity and complexity of ripe red fruit.
Palate: An excellent balance between elegant tannins, lively freshness, and alcohol. Full-bodied and long-lasting on the palate and nose.
Food pairings: savory first courses with red sauces, pan-fried grilled meats with potatoes, and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
