Made with the best durum wheat semolina, grown in our lands. Our tradition teaches us that simple ingredients and slow steps are needed to do things well. It is only with the water that flows from our springs and with the flour of our territory that you can obtain such good pasta. The slow drying time and the low temperature serve to eliminate the water and preserve the aroma of the wheat. The bronze drawing, on the other hand, gives the pasta a unique consistency and roughness, capable of retaining the condiments better.
