In the vineyard: The grapes are grown on our Petritoli and Sant’Elpidio a Mare estates. The cultivation is carried out in full compliance with organic farming regulations.
In the cellar: Harvest usually takes place in the first ten days of October. The grapes are selected in the vineyard by our agronomist. A one-night maceration allows for its characteristic hue. Aged in cement.
