Traditions
Our adventure began in 1934 in Carassai, a small village in the Marche hills, thanks to the intuition of our grandfather, Domenico Savini, a young wine merchant, who decided to plant his first vineyard, Vigna Cacià.
After World War II, together with his wife Luisa, he built the winery in Lido di Fermo, just a few meters from the Adriatic Sea, and purchased vineyards in the garden of the Marche, the Valdaso, and in the Fermo countryside.
Curiosity and a desire to innovate also inspired Onorato and his wife Luigina, who over the years have contributed to making the winery known, distinguishing themselves for their customer service, honesty, and hardworking hands.
Together
Our family has always been dedicated to winemaking.
We love breathing in the scent of the grapes and transforming it with respect and expertise into a wine that speaks of our roots and our future.
With dedication, we have accepted the challenges of contemporary production, promoting native grape varieties and practicing organic methods.
Capable of expressing the essence of a land where the purity and beauty of the landscape are the fruit of hard and expert work, carried out with humility from generation to generation.
Sharing
In the winery, we share a daily routine based on the ability to listen and exchange ideas.
We have always been a family of winemakers. Indeed, the business legacy of Domenico and Onorato Savini has been passed down to the new generations: their children Domenico, Maria Luisa, Giorgio, and Vito, along with their granddaughters Martina and Maria Teresa.
The company is run by the family but is supported by loyal collaborators, which allows for complete sharing of the work.
Memories
This is our family story, of the love for our land, of an inevitable legacy passed down from father to son, instilling this great passion in one of the companies that today represents an authentic model of Fermo viticulture.
