In the vineyard: Harvest, which takes place in mid-September, begins at first light to preserve the quality of the grapes during transport from the vineyard to the cellar.
In the cellar: The grapes are selected in the vineyard and subjected to a soft and delicate pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16°C. The wine is then aged in tanks for five months before bottling.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: Floral aromas of jasmine and acacia, followed by hints of citrus and rosemary.
Taste: Fragrant, well-balanced, with great depth.
Pairings: Versatile and easy to drink, it can be enjoyed on a variety of social occasions. Ideal with shellfish and sea urchins, Amare is also recommended with seafood paccheri or a risotto with agretti and lemon zest.
Serving temperature: Recommended at 8-10°C.
