View: it has a beautiful pale pink color (rose petals), brilliant, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: to the nose it is both floral, reminiscent of violet and peach blossoms, and fruity, referring to apple, currant and wild strawberries. Intense and fine aromas.
Taste: the taste alternates notes of raspberry, apple, peach and orange in the finish. It is dry (5 g / l of residual sugar), soft, fresh and balanced.
Pairings: Perfect to combine with fresh and summer dishes such as salads, pasta and cold and vegetable-based rice. Also excellent pairing with cheeses, white meat and fish-based dishes, first courses or soups, shellfish and sushi. Great satisfaction comes from accompanying dishes based on mushrooms or tomatoes, even in sauce. Original but also perfect for pairing with pizza.
