The Alta Langa Dairy is immersed in the natural beauty of the Piedmont hills, in Bosia, a small village in the Alta Langa. The economy of this area, made up of steep slopes, far from the main commercial routes and still almost untouched today, has been based for centuries on the
small-scale herding of goats, sheep, and cows. This is where the mixed-milk cheese production and the small-sized wheels, a hallmark of Langhe production, come from.
