Denomination: Piwi White Wine. The overall goal of PIWI International, of which we are active members, is to promote an ecologically, economically, and socially responsible agricultural model. Limiting treatments against powdery mildew and downy mildew allows us to reduce the use of pesticides and the number of field operations, thereby limiting soil compaction and the company's carbon footprint. This guarantees economic savings and greater safety for people, marking a fundamental evolution towards sustainable viticulture.

In the vineyard: The grapes are grown on our estates in the Valdaso valley in the municipalities of Carassai and Petritoli. The agronomic management is carried out in full compliance with organic farming regulations.

In the cellar: The Soreli grapes, harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness to preserve their aromatic integrity and freshness, are vinified in stainless steel.

Color: A straw yellow with greenish highlights

Nose: Intense aromas of tropical fruits

Taste: A savory and pleasantly persistent structure

Pairings: Ideal for aperitifs and social occasions, it pairs perfectly with Asian dishes (such as a light curry or sushi) or grilled shellfish seasoned with a touch of lime.
