Grape variety: 100% Aromatico

Denomination: Romangia Bianco IGT

Production area: Sorso, province of Sassari. Located 70 meters above sea level, well ventilated.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested around mid-September, ripe, but harvested earlier than the passito, to enhance the freshness of this variety. The pressing of the grapes is intense to extract the typical varietal aroma from the skin. After the alcoholic fermentation it rests on the lees until late spring before being bottled.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Excellent aromatic intensity. Citrus with notes of white peach and sage. Taste of great balance, perfect synthesis between softness and acidity. Excellent length.

Wine Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes very well with first courses and appetizers.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C in large glasses which hinder maximum olfactory expression
