Harvest: manual harvesting in crates in September

Vinification: the de-stemmed grapes are left to ferment in contact with the skins for 24:46 hours, then continuing the fermentation

Aging: in amphora with deliberately reduced porosity for a progressive and more delicate process of micro-oxygenation

Color: straw yellow with golden reflections

Bouquet: the nose has a discrete aroma with floral and fruity notes

Taste: full-bodied, dry, rightly alcoholic, with a slightly bitter aftertaste
