Grape variety: 100% historic native Sardinian white grape variety

Denomination: Romangia Bianco IGT

Production area: Sorso, province of Sassari. Located 70 meters above sea level, well ventilated.

Vinification: Strict selection of the best bunches in the vineyard, left longer to ripen. Manual harvesting of the grapes in boxes, crushed and destemmed, they are cooled to 12°C with the help of the exchanger. Ultra soft and delicate pressing. The wine ages on its lees, which are periodically suspended, for at least 7 months before bottling.

Tasting notes: Color of excellent intensity with bright greenish-yellow tints. Intense aromas with sweet tones of citrus, honey and exotic fruit. Soft, enveloping and full on the palate. Balanced with an important structure that confirms great potential for aging in the bottle.

Wine Pairing: Classic fish wine, ideal for important dishes such as: grilled prawns and sea bass, but also fish soups, baked fish with Mediterranean aromas. Excellent as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C in large glasses which hinder maximum olfactory expression
