Taste: Full, warm and elegant, particularly persistent, with typical austere but gentle tannins
Pairings: Sicilian meat second courses, Nebrodi pig, game and roasts, sliced meat and fillet. Recommended with aged Ragusano DOP.
Serving temperature: Recommended at a temperature of 16-18 °C
