Made by hand slowly and with all the time that preparation requires, just as the tradition of our Emilia-Romagna grandmothers teaches us. We have tray packs of different weights to satisfy everyone's needs and for every context: 650 g and 1 kg. To enjoy them, just cook them for 30 minutes in the oven and you're done.
INGREDIENTS
Béchamel sauce 41.9% (MILK, BUTTER, type 00 soft WHEAT flour, salt, nutmeg), Bolognese sauce 38.7% [pork shoulder 55.3%, tomato pulp (tomato juice, antioxidant: acid citric), sunflower oil, CELERY, carrots, onions, salt, pepper], fresh egg pasta 16% [green pastry (durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 28%, spinach powder 2%)], Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 months (MILK, salt, rennet). May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD and FISH.
COOKING
Consume after cooking in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
