Better known as pumpkin tortelloni, our Cappellacci are a product with a surprising flavor and easy to combine with different condiments. The filling of this fresh pasta, flavored with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged for 30 months, is as colorful as it is exquisitely sweet and tasty. A true delicacy prepared only with raw materials carefully selected by us.
Puff pastry 50%: soft WHEAT flour type 00, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 28%.
Filling 50%: pumpkin 58.4%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 30 months 19.5% (MILK, Salt, Rennet), breadcrumbs (type 0 soft WHEAT flour, salt), sugar, salt, nutmeg.
May contain SOYA, MUSTARD, LUPINE AND NUTS (WALNUT). The EGGS come from free-range farming.
