Fresh Egg Sedanini

A type of pasta slightly larger than macaroni, they have a slight curve at both ends. Their bronze drawing gives a rough sheet and a full-bodied consistency. A format much loved especially by children, sedanini are usually seasoned with a meat sauce.

INGREDIENTS

Durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 28%. May contain traces of SOY and MILK.

COOKING

Product to be consumed after cooking: pour the product into lightly boiling salted water. Allow to rise to the surface and continue boiling for about 5 minutes. Drain and season to taste.

Once the package has been opened, consume the product within 3/4 days of opening.
