Italian Aged Rum

Obtained from the distillation of sugar cane molasses duly fermented with selected yeasts and at a controlled temperature, then aged in barrels.

Its nose exudes a range of sweet fruit fragrances: apricot, peach, melon, followed by aromas of roasted almond, butterscotch, coffee, and clove. The palate is splendid and supports the nose: a full and warm entry admirably covers the palate. The length of this cuvée is further accentuated by its softness and viscosity.

Ideal for cooking or for mixology.
