Preparation
Soak the contents of the package in cold water for a few hours. Cook in a large pot with 3 liters of water, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, sage leaves, 1 stock cube, rosemary, 2 garlic cloves, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer uncovered for about half an hour, then let stand for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Serve with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on the finished dish.
In a pressure cooker, use only 2 liters of water and cook for 25 minutes after boiling.
