Moscato Sorso-Sennori DOC

Grape variety: 100% White Moscato

Denomination: Romangia Bianco IGT

Production area: Sorso, province of Sassari. 

Vinification: After the manual harvesting of the grapes in boxes and the selection of the best bunches, they are pressed, destemmed and macerated in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature. The fermentation continues in stainless steel tanks with a long rest of the wine on the yeasts periodically put back into suspension. 

Tasting notes:  Golden yellow color. Exciting perfume both in intensity and aromatic range. Hints of apricot, citrus and honey. It is rich, with great concentration and power. The retro taste is long and destined to increase with its stay in the bottle. When you sip this wine you get a real sense of what is in your mouth and eat the flesh of the harvest. Dessert wine, meditation, socialization.
