In the Vineyard: The grapes are grown on our Carassai and Petritoli estate. The cultivation is carried out in full compliance with organic farming regulations.
In the Cellar: The harvest usually takes place during the first ten days of September. After gentle pressing, the free-run must ferments at a controlled temperature. It ages in cement vats.
