Location: Cerignola, Tressanti district.
Vinification: Hand-picked. The grapes, selected in the vineyard, are destemmed and pressed, and fermented on the skins for approximately 7-10 days. Malolactic fermentation. Aging: 3 months in oak barrels on their lees.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: Intriguing intensity with a complexity waiting to be discovered, opening with dark fruit notes.
Palate: Silky, full-bodied, balanced by a persistent freshness and elegant tannins. The finish is persistent and enhances the aromatic notes offered on the nose.
Food Pairings: Savory first courses with red sauces, pan-fried grilled meats with potatoes, and aged cheeses.
