Ale beer inspired by Monk Beers, pale with a pleasant round malt taste. Slightly alcoholic fruity notes that combine with the clean character of the malts; surprisingly drinkable considering the high alcohol content. Intense golden aspect, white and persistent foam. It was originally popularized by the Westmalle Trappist Monastery.
