This Limoncello is produced exclusively with selected lemon peels harvested during the period of greatest aromaticity from plants grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
The fruits are then peeled by hand, and the fragrant rind is subjected to the process of maceration in alcohol.
After maceration, the product is completed with the sole addition of water and sugar, without the use of artificial flavors or colors.
It is excellent both as an aperitif and digestive and goes well with dessert.
Ingredients: Hydrated alcohol, hydroalcoholic infusion of lemon peels, sugar.
