Peonia bianca is the poetic transliteration of the name. This tea comes from a fine harvest, made after harvesting the top grade of white tea, yin zehn silvery pekoe. The manufacturing process is identical to that of the higher grade, while on the other hand the taste of pai mu tan is more decisive. It is also known as "new style white" to contrast it with the more refined and precious white tea made only from the tender apical buds.
