Swordfish pesto

Swordfish pesto is an ideal product to give a delicate touch to any dish. A perfect condiment for preparing appetizers spread on bruschetta bread or as a filling for canapés as desired. 

Also ideal for flavoring hot or cold pasta-based first courses or to give an extra touch to fish-based second courses.

Ingredients: Swordfish (53%) (Xiphias gladius), sunflower seed oil (32%), capers, dried cherry tomato, white wine vinegar (contains sulphites), fructose, Sicilian sea salt, mint, basil.
