Tasty sauce of olives, capers and almonds suitable for seasoning pasta, second courses of meat or fish, as a base for canapés or on salad tomatoes. Perfect in combination with shellfish and fish carpaccio.
Tips for use with pasta. Lightly salt the cooking water and use a part to dilute a spoonful of pesto per portion. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
