Beer with a refreshing character thanks to its slight acidity and the absence of bitter aftertaste. It expresses a pleasant taste of malted wheat that goes perfectly with the mix of aromas perceived, from the fruity of bitter orange peel and bergamot to the spice of coriander. Dense foam, almost as white as cream. The Blanche style originates in Belgium and dates back more than 400 years ago.

Beer/food pairing: Preferred for the aperitif time. For its lightness with white meats, grilled or fried fish, cheeses with compotes and honey. Desserts and fruit tarts
