Location: Cerignola, Tressanti district
Vinification: Manual harvest. After careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes arrive in the cellar where they are destemmed and pressed. They then undergo maceration on the skins for 3 hours to best enhance the varietal's characteristics. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Aging: 3 months surlies

Nose: A pleasant intensity characterized by notes of small red berries with delicate pulp, accompanied by a hint of dog rose on the finish
Palate: Enveloping and fresh, balanced, with a finish perfectly consistent with the aromatic notes perceived on the nose
