Tasting Notes: Ruby color. Intense aroma with sweet notes of ripe red fruits: cherries, Morello cherries in alcohol and plums. Powerful, warm, soft and intense wine with a long aromatic persistence. Balanced and of great harmony.

Wine/food pairing: Very ductile wine: it also goes well with oily fish such as tuna or blue fish in general. Noble white meats, kid, lamb and Sardinian suckling pig.
