Fine-grind artisan whole sea salt

SALE VERO® is an integral sea salt that is harvested by hand in the Culcasi saltworks located in the Sicilian nature reserve of Trapani and Paceco managed by the WWF.

This salt is formed by the natural evaporation of seawater. During the transformation process, it is neither bleached nor artificially refined and therefore does not undergo any chemical treatment. Finally, it is crushed and packaged without adding anti-caking additives.
