Our product without added refined sugars, only a small percentage of natural chestnut honey, for lovers of "Amaro Vero". An infusion of wild thyme (thymus capitatus), bergamot and Italian helichrysum.
Combined and mixed only afterwards, at the first sip they reveal the immediate pungent taste of thyme, then rounded off in the mouth by the hints of chocolate and vanilla of helichrysum and the spicy ones of bergamot.
Finally, notes of hay, wood and cut grass that survive in the mouth minutes after the first sip and that bring to mind all the smells of the Sicilian countryside.
