Product Details

Very nice gift idea, delivered in a beautiful folded box, with a booklet in 6 languages explaining the origins, the manufacturing methods of balsamic vinegar and the recipes. As well as a very nice glass and cork spout with glass cap.

The vinegar itself is packaged in a bottle designed by the famous Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. Each bottle is sealed on the bottle cap bearing a serial number preceded by a letter A for the product PDO 12 years old. Less obvious than the first, there is a number immediately below: it is linked to the serial number by a secret algorithm known only by the certification institute (OdC, Control Body appointed by MIPAAF). If checked, the exact relationship between the two numbers attests to the authenticity of the bottle and excludes any imitation.
