Porcini Mushroom and sausage Risotto

Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms (with Carnaroli rice)

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice (88%), dehydrated pork sausage (3%), pork, WHEAT FLOUR, rice flour, salt, antioxidants: (E 304), dried porcini mushrooms (1.6% Boletus Edulis) , vegetable condiment without glutamate: salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin.
