Ardizzina Carnaroli Rice is made exclusively from 100% Carnaroli variety seeds from compatible and sustainable cultivation, according to the tradition of small producers, and is stone-milled by hand on the farm to preserve all its nutrients and original flavor.
Ingredients:
Classic Carnaroli Rice (90%), Dehydrated Porcini Mushrooms (2.4%), Vegetable Broth Extract (2.5%): Soy and Corn Vegetable Protein Extract, Iodized Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables (including Celery) in Variable Proportions, Corn Oil; Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, and Parsley in Variable Proportions.
Allergens:
Produced on the farm where wheat, other cereals, and hazelnuts are processed, traces of which may be present.
ZERO chemical residues, NO preservatives, NO bleaching agents.
No GMOs

How to prepare Farrotto
Bring about 1.5 liters of water to a boil.
In a low saucepan, heat two tablespoons of oil or a little butter over high heat.
Add the prepared Farrotto, stir, and toast lightly. Then add half a glass of boiling water or, if desired, separately heated white wine. Let it evaporate and add the remaining boiling water as it dries, stirring frequently until cooked through (15-18 minutes).
Off the heat, add a little butter to gently stir.
