Piedmont PGI hazelnuts Risotto

Ardizzina Carnaroli Rice is made exclusively from 100% Carnaroli variety seeds from compatible and sustainable cultivation, according to the tradition of small producers, and is stone-milled by hand on the farm to preserve all its nutrients and original flavor.

Ingredients:

Classic Carnaroli rice (90%), chopped Piedmont PGI hazelnuts (9.9%) produced by “Az. Agr LA NOCCIOLA” of Moncestino (AL), Extract for vegetable broth (2.5%): iodized salt, vegetable protein extract of soy and corn, vegetables (including celery) in varying proportions, corn oil; Sausage; Bacon; Dehydrated onion and garlic, Black pepper in varying proportions.

Produced on the farm where wheat, other cereals, and hazelnuts are processed, traces of which may be present.

ZERO chemical residues, NO preservatives, NO bleaching agents.
