Pickled green olives

Pickled green olives are a classic Calabrian preserve. We select the best 100% Calabrian freshly harvested from the farm's land and processed following the accurate and ancient preparation with water and salt. They are consumed directly like this, but can be tasted with the addition of a drizzle of oil, chilli pepper and oregano. They are a tasty and quick appetizer, ideal for aperitifs and starters, especially if combined with a platter of mixed cheeses and cured meats. Also excellent for flavoring numerous recipes.

Ingredients: Green olives, water, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
