Farratto with pearled spelt is a tasty alternative to risotto.
INGREDIENTS: Pearled spelt (95%), Vegetable broth extract (3%): praised salt, vegetable protein broth extract of soy and corn (29%), dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato) (19%), corn oil; Onion (1%), Ground garlic (1.6%), Truffle flavouring (0.7%).
Does not contain: preservatives, palm oil, additives, glutamate.
How to prepare Farrotto
Bring about 1.5 liters of water to a boil.
In a low saucepan, heat two tablespoons of oil or a little butter over high heat.
Add the prepared Farrotto, stir, and toast lightly. Then add half a glass of boiling water or, if desired, separately heated white wine. Let it evaporate and add the remaining boiling water as it dries, stirring frequently until cooked through (15-18 minutes).
Off the heat, add a little butter to gently stir.
