Rabbit and Olive Taggiasca Sauce

The noble parts of the rabbit are handcrafted with a generous cut. The absence of tomato enhances the aroma of the Taggiasca olives which gives this recipe an intoxicating scent.

Ideal for seasoning pasta or toasted bread. Heat with a little olive oil or cooking water.

Rabbit meat 45%, fresh onion, Trentino red wine (sulphites), Taggiasca olives 6%, Italian EVO oil, rice flour, sea salt, fresh garlic, bay leaf, rosemary, thyme. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN-FREE.
