Gnocchetti, format originally from Sardinia, are organic short pasta made from semi-whole durum wheat Senatore Cappelli semolina, the result of crossing the variety "Rieti" and the Tunisian cultivar "Jenah Rhetifah". A grain that has never undergone genetic manipulation, resulting highly digestible and with a high content of proteins, vitamins and minerals.
