Pure Saffron pistils 0,2g

The raw material is excellent and comes from bulbs planted in fields devoid of any pesticides; the production process is completely artisanal, emphasizing the shelling in which only the red part of the pistil that is richest in functional substances is left, eliminating the yellow and white part to our detriment because the weight is considerably lower after drying.

Use :

It takes 0.1g to season a dish of 4 to 6 people. Ideal for Risotto

Advice :

Saffron can only be used infused. And the more time he is given to open up, the better he expresses himself. When using it, it is recommended to infuse it the day before for the next day in about 1 cl to 20cl of hot liquid of your choice

The saffron does not cook well: 20 minutes maximum, the ideal being to add it 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

It can be stored away from air and light for 3 to 4 years in its airtight container
