The Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860 is a family-owned company that has been producing artisanal dry pasta for six generations.
We have always used Italian and Tuscan semolina to craft our pasta using only traditional techniques. Morelli pasta is slowly kneaded, extruded through bronze molds, and laid by hand on frames. It is then dried at low temperatures, no higher than 50°C, for 36 hours,thus preserving its flavor and organoleptic properties.
Today, we offer a wide range of pasta varieties, differing in shape, raw ingredients, and taste, with great production flexibility.
Our production is further enriched with wheat germ, the richest and most vital part of the grain, which gives the pasta its intense and unmistakable flavor, just like in the past.
