Toasted breadcrumbs

A simple ingredient, representative of the farmer tradition. Our breadcrumbs are obtained from grated durum wheat bread, toasted and seasoned with Mediterranean herbs. Perfect to enrich first courses, irreplaceable in the most typical recipes of Sicilian cuisine, especially pasta with sardines.

INGREDIENTS:

Durum WHEAT breadcrumbs 82%, extra virgin olive oil, red garlic, chilli pepper, oregano. Highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in allergic or intolerant persons.
