Extra-virgin Olive Oil 750ml

It is in the north of Puglia in the plain of Tavoliere, between the Gargano peninsula and the Daunia Mountains that the centenary olive trees are exploited with respect for nature by the Russo family.

The result ? A cold-extracted extra-virgin olive oil, delicate, without bitterness of a very beautiful yellow color with subtle green reflections with a fruity flavor and the scent of green grass and fresh tomatoes.

This oil is perfect for salads or carpaccio, but also for cooking, avoiding raising the temperature too high.
