Babà in Limoncello

Delicious mini babà with natural sourdough in a tasty rum syrup. For a delicious dessert or coffee.

Ingredients: water, sugar, flour, type 0 wheat, limoncello syrup 14% vol. diluted (water, sugar, alcohol, glucose syrup, lemon peels, natural flavourings), natural yeast (water, wheat flour), fresh eggs, fresh whole milk, butter, cocoa, salt.

Allergens: may contain traces of milk, sulphites, soy and nuts.

Store at a temperature between 10 and 25 degrees, away from light and heat sources. Store in the refrigerator after opening.

To make the most of it, remove the excess syrup.
