Appearance:
It has an intense straw-yellow color and more abundant, smaller holes compared to its sibling, Stelvio DOP; the texture is smooth and melts in the mouth.
Taste:
On the nose, notes of cooked butter stand out, accompanied by characteristic cellar notes from the aging process. On the palate, it is mild, smooth, and melts in the mouth, with all the cooked butter and pasture notes present.
