Whisky Single Malt - Smoked - 3 years

The "Third Release" was crafted from two different casks, both filled during the distillery's first weeks of operation (2021), and now approaching their fourth anniversary.

The first cask, No. 27 ex-Bourbon, is the one with the most weight in terms of pairing.

The second cask, No. 40 ex-Moscato Giallo Passito.

Both casks were filled with unpeated, wood-smoked Rauch malt spirit.

Color: Antique gold

Nose: The nose opens with notes of cereal that mellow with hints of toffee, fruit preserved in alcohol, and creamy baba.

Palate: The palate is soft and warm, recalling the pastry aromas already present on the nose. It then develops with light vinous sensations

Finish: finishing with a delicate smokiness., medium length

Unchill-filtered and without artificial coloring.
