Dandelion Guanciale and Balsamic

Dandelion is a spring/summer plant with a characteristic bitter note, here toned down by the sweetness of our seasoned guanciale and Modena PGI balsamic vinegar.

Pairings:

The strong balsamic and fruity notes make the mixture pleasant and appetizing for seasoning pasta, as a cream to spread on a crouton or as an ingredient in an omelette or savory pie.

Ingredients:

Fresh milk, dandelion 15%, fresh onion, seasoned guanciale 10% (pork, salt, spices, flavorings), Italian EVO oil, butter, Modena PGI balsamic vinegar 3% (grape must, wine vinegar), smoked bacon (pork, salt, sugar, spices, flavorings), rice flour, sunflower oil, salt, fresh garlic, pepper. NO ADDED PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
