Denomination: Vallée d'Aoste Blanc AOC

Grapes: 60% Chardonnay, 20% Traminer and 20% Muscat Petit Grain.

Production area: Aosta

Harvest: manual harvesting in crates at the end of September

Vinification: the de-stemmed grapes are left to ferment in contact with the skins for 24/36 hours, then continuing the fermentation in stainless steel

Aging: aged 12 months in French oak barrels

Color: straw yellow with golden reflections

Bouquet: floral with references to white flowers, orange blossom and light notes of vanilla

Taste: rich and elegant on the palate, with good alcohol content

Food and wine pairings: excellent for an aperitif with cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses, to accompany a tartare, as well as paired with grilled white meats

Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C
