Grape Variety: 100% Fiano
Appellation: Fiano Puglia TGI
Location: Cerignola, Tressanti district
Vinification: Manual harvest. After careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes arrive in the cellar where they are destemmed and pressed. They then undergo maceration on the skins for 6 hours to best enhance the varietal's characteristics. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aging: 3 months surlies.

Nose: An intensity that denotes beautiful herbaceous tones and a burst of white-fleshed fruit
Palate: The palate is satisfying and marked by a lovely verve of freshness and savory flavor
